Welcome to the Evening Standard’s live coverage of the January Transfer Window as Manchester United continue to push for a deal for Bruno Fernandes and Inter Milan step up their pursuit of Christian Eriksen.

The Italian side are believed to have upped their bid to sign Eriksen this month to £11million, as they look to get a deal done now, rather than wait to bring in the Dane on a free in the summer.

Meanwhile, United have reportedly agreed a deal for the Fernandes, though stumbling blocks have since emerged as they scramble to get the deal over the line before January's deadline.

Sporting were said to be satisfied with a cash deal which included a player going the other way on loan, but after a deal had been approved the United star rejected a move.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid have completed the €30million signing of Reinier Jesus from Flamengo.

Stay tuned to Standard Sport for all the latest from Chelsea, Arsenal rumours, what's going on at Tottenham and the rest of the Premier League.
