Transgender community spreads road safety awareness, gifts saplings for following rules

Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Aug 22 (ANI): To spread awareness about the importance of following road safety norms and COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, a group of transgender on August 22 conducted a special drive in Tamil Nadu’s Coimbatore. They gave saplings to the commuters who were found following road safety and COVID rules. The group was seen holding placards with the slogans ‘Don’t Drink and Drive’, ‘Wear Helmet’, ‘Slow Down’, etc written on it.
