Singapore’s largest condominium to date, Treasure at Tampines, will open for preview this Friday (15 Mar), with units carrying an average price of around $1,280 psf.

Jointly developed by Sim Lian Holdings and Sim Lian Group, the 99-year leasehold project at Tampines Street 11 will feature 2,203 one- to five-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 463 sq ft to 1,722 sq ft.

Sim Lian Group executive director Kuik Sing Beng revealed that the project, which occupies a sprawling site that spans almost 650,000 sq ft, is targeted at families, upgraders and investors.

Marketed by OrangeTee & Tie, ERA and PropNex, Treasure at Tampines will feature 128 lifestyle and recreational amenities including 13 pools, 24-hour indoor and outdoor gym facilities, tennis court, dining and barbecue pavilions, yoga deck, trampoline courtyard and rock-climbing wall.

“This mega project with its huge land size, offers over a hundred facilities and lifestyle living at an attractive entry price point and lower monthly maintenance fee. This makes it a worthwhile investment for HDB upgraders and property investors,” said PropNex Realty CEO Ismail Gafoor.

Located within Singapore’s first regional centre, the project is within walking distance to two MRT lines (East-West and Downtown) and is well served by the Tampines Expressway and Pan Island Expressway, said ERA Realty key executive officer Eugene Lim.

It is also close to various growth areas like the Singapore University of Technology and Design, Changi Business Park and the upcoming Jewel at Changi.

“Treasure at Tampines will provide excellent investment opportunities for prospective home buyers and investors,” noted OrangeTee & Tie managing director Steven Tan.

“Its location is very strategic – with its proximity to the Tampines Regional Centre and Changi Business Park, as well as Jewel Changi Airport which will see an additional 2,000 jobs added to the current 1,800 Changi Airport Group workforce. This will be one of the many drivers for strong rental demand for homes in Tampines, and Treasure at Tampines will tick all the boxes, with its selection of unit sizes, sprawling grounds with approximately 60 percent dedicated to extensive facilities and landscaping.”
