International travel and lifestyle brand Tumi recently unveiled its 19 Degree Aluminium Briefcase. The new briefcase will be featured in Sony Pictures’ upcoming action thriller Bullet Train, which stars Brad Pitt.
Bullet Train follows the story of a seasoned but unlucky killer Ladybug (Brad Pitt). After one too many gigs gone off the rails, he wants to give up the assassin life. But he is pulled back in by his handler Maria Beetle (Sandra Bullock) to collect a briefcase — the TUMI 19 Degree Aluminium Briefcase — on a bullet train in Japan. He soon discovers that his and the other competing assassins’ conflicting objectives are all connected.
“There was only one luggage brand who had enough style to fit in with the film’s all-star cast as well as the durability that could go head to head with an ensemble of assassins on one of the world’s fastest trains and that was TUMI, which perfectly fits in with this edgy, action-packed film,” said Jeffrey Godsick, EVP of Global Partnerships and Brand Management and Head of Location Based Entertainment at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Equally striking from a distance or at close range, the Tumi 19 Degree Aluminium Briefcase boasts a sleek, aluminium-crafted exterior with bespoke design and durability. A masterful combination of form and function, the briefcase is ideal for the contemporary business traveller.
This limited-edition briefcase also features a Bullet Train patch card pocket with the Bullet Train logo, in addition to a branded luggage tag. Only 150 limited-edition briefcases will be available worldwide across select Tumi stores and Tumi.sg for S$2,900.
