Summer is here, and if you are anything like us you are chomping at the bit to get a holiday booked ASAP.

Although there are still some restrictions in place when travelling abroad amid the coronavirus pandemic, venturing somewhere in the UK is potentially a less complicated option.

Online travel agency Booking.com has revealed the most popular UK destinations on holiday-goers’ wish lists, as well as the top-rated accommodation to stay in when you get there.

From city breaks in Bath and Liverpool, to seaside stays in Weymouth, Torquay or Bournemouth, there is something to satisfy everyone’s travel bug.
