The development sits on a prime freehold site spanning 66,452 sq ft in the prestigious Nassim Road enclave. Unit sizes at Les Maisons Nassim range from 6,049 to 12,077 sq ft, with four to five bedrooms each. Based on caveats lodged, 10 out of the 14 units have been sold. The development is scheduled to be completed in 1H2023.
