VEGOILS-Palm slips on weaker overnight U.S. soyoil, stronger ringgit

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Malaysian palm oil futures fell in early trade on Friday, weighed by weakness in overnight soyoil on the U.S. Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and a stronger ringgit, its currency of trade. The benchmark palm oil contract for November delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange was last down 0.2% at 2,177 ringgit per tonne around 0300 GMT, and is also down 2.7% so far for the week. Meanwhile, U.S. soyoil futures on the CBOT fell 1.3% on Thursday, but was last up 0.1%.
