[Video] G.Na, Seungri, Hyosung, and Gain′s Past on ′Battle Shinhwa′
As one of the few popular female solo artists, G.Na wasn’t always burning down clubs with her hotness.
Like all stars, G.Na also had a humble beginning back when she tried out for the audition program, Battle Shinhwa.
Her younger, darker self adorably introduced herself as Choi Gina from Canada during the audition, not even knowing what kind of future she would have afterwards.
But G.Na wasn’t the only one, as Mnet’s Wide Entertainment News found more stars whose dreams of becoming a star began on Mnet’s Battle Shinhwa, which aired in 2006.
Secret’s Jeon Hyosung also tried out for the audition, as well as Big Bang’s Seungri, looking scrawny as ever, but containing the same humor and wit as now. His dark circles haven’t changed either.
Brown Eyed Girls’ Gain also auditioned for the competition as a senior in high school.
Unfortunately for these stars, they did not make it to the final round of Battle Shinhwa, but they didn’t give up their dreams and kept chasing after them, as we see them on stage now.
