Boris Johnson Mocks Corbyn's 'New Politics' in Conference Speech

London Mayor Boris Johnson mocked the Labour Party under Jeremy Corbyn in his speech to the Conservative Party conference in Manchester on Tuesday, October 6. Speaking about Corbyn and some of the senior members of his shadow cabinet, Johnson quipped, “They are the London Labour Party, Trots and militants with vested interests.”

“They are the people who idolize Hugo Chavez and toast the revolution in tax-payer funded vintage Burgundy,” he continued. Credit: Conservatives
