Boston Storm Drenches Northeastern Uni's Underwear Run

Heavy rainfall disrupted Northeastern University’s annual underwear run on Friday, October 21, drenching hundreds of students as they ran through the Boston streets.

The run began around a decade ago, and has recently taken place during the college’s parents weekend.

The National Weather Service issued a flood warning that day, partially due to poor drainage in the city. Flood warnings were issued across the state, including the metro Boston area.
