Car Explosion in Utsunomiya Kills One, Injures Three

At least two explosions rocked the area near Utsunomiya Castle Ruins Park in Utsunomiya, Japan, on October 23, killing one person and injuring three.

Police suspect the explosion was caused by a 72-year-old former Self-Defense Force member who blew himself up in a park in the city of Utsunomiya, according to NHK World.
