Chileans Return to Valparaiso After Devastating Forest Fire
Chileans retuned to the port city of Valparaiso this week as a massive forest fire began to die down after killing at least 12 people. This video shows rescue services still battling the blaze, which consumed 2,150 acres and burned 2,000 homes, according to reports.
