Louisiana Fans Launch Into National Anthem After Being Told There Was No Time to Play It

On May 18, during a regional softball championship game in Lafayette in the state of Louisiana, between Baylor and Louisiana-Lafayette, fans were told the national anthem would not be played reportedly due to time constraints. However, that didn’t deter fans at the grounds, who didn’t need music to help them sing a rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner as play continued, as captured here in video from Luke Johnson of the Advocate.
