'No Justice, No Peace' Chanted at Baltimore Police Station Near Freddie Gray Arrest Site

Shortly after the US Department of Justice said on Tuesday, April 21, it would open an investigation on civil rights grounds into the death of Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old black man who died after a fatal spinal cord injury in police custody, protesters marched from his arrest site to the Western District police station in Baltimore.
