The Brain Implant Helping Deaf Children Hear

Today, we meet Ava, a little girl who is learning to hear thanks to an Auditory Brainstem Implant that the FDA has just approved for children. Ava received her implant at the NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, where we checked in to see how she's progressing.
