Scaffolding on Taichung Tower Collapses During Typhoon Megi
The scaffolding atop the Golden Plaza in Taichung, Taiwan, collapsed as Typhoon Megi swept through the region on Tuesday, September 27. The typhoon brought heavy rain and strong winds to the island on Tuesday, causing at least four deaths and more than 500 injuries, reported Taiwan’s Central News Agency. Onlookers’ screams can be heard in this video.
