Shots Fired During Ferguson Protests

Shots were fired in Ferguson, Missouri, on August 18 during the ninth night of protests since the shooting dead of teenager Michael Brown by a police officer. Missouri Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson reported two men were shot while four officers were injured by thrown rocks and bottles. Police used smoke bombs and tear gas to disperse the protesters.
