Smoke Rises From Structure Fire in Downtown Los Angeles

A fire broke out at a pallet yard in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, July 23, sending plumes of black smoke into the sky. The Los Angeles Fire Department said the fire burned at least two commercial buildings and urged people to avoid Ceres Avenue between 7th and 8th streets. This video shows the fire and smoke.
