A time lapse video captured heavy snowfall and a water-main replacement in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The 2:36 minute footage, filmed overnight into February 26 shows snowfall, before a crew arrives to clear the road and lay a new water pipe along West Belmont Avenue and California Avenue.
