Timelapse Video Shows Lake Effect Snow Rolling Off Lake Ontario
A foot or more of snow was expected to fall in Oswego County, New York, off Lake Ontario, and this timelapse video shows the storm rolling in off the lake. The video was taken on Thursday, December 8.
Earlier forecasts from the National Weather Service, reported December 7 by the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, predicted parts of western and central New York would receive up to three feet of snow. Those totals were downgraded on December 8, according to Syracuse.com.
