Adds $1.5 billion in assets, three offices in the Mid-Atlantic market
Wealthspire Advisors, an NFP company and independent investment adviser, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of StratWealth, an award-winning wealth management firm serving families and retirement plans. StratWealth is based in Maple Lawn, Md., and operates additional offices in Annapolis and Salisbury.

Wealthspire Advisors currently oversees approximately $10.6 billion in AUM and has Mid-Atlantic offices in Potomac, Md., Reston, Va., and Philadelphia.
StratWealth currently serves more than 900 families and oversees assets of approximately $1.5 billion. In addition, the firm services over 100 business retirement plans that will become part of NFP’s retirement business, bringing expanded support and services to those plans. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
