The month of May is starting strong in esports! This week, we have Riot Games’ biggest tournament of the mid-year alongside a few CounterStrike: GO competitions for viewing. Additionally, the Sin Esports League has its PUBG Grand Finals!

The mid-year’s biggest League of Legends tournament will start this week, with the best teams from Southeast Asia fighting against the world to determine their standing in the pantheon of LoL esports.

The National Electronic Sports Tournament 2019 is slated for the end of May and will feature up-and-coming Chinese League of Legends teams going all-out against each other. Participating teams include Edward Gaming, JD Gaming, RNG, SinoDragon, Suning, Team WE, and Topsports Gaming.
The Elite Championship Series – CS:GO (Malaysia)

The best of Malaysia CS:GO combat is happening in Penang later this week and features a total prize pool of RM50,000. With invited teams like Mongolia’s D13, Thailand’s Beyond Esports, and Malaysia’s own FrostFire, this is one tournament worth flying down for. Or driving down, if you’re in Malaysia.
Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2019 Viewing Party (Malaysia)

If driving to Penang isn’t your cup of tea, you can at least catch some CS:GO action via the Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2019 tournament via the Pantheon’s viewing party. Malaysian CS:GO players d4v41 and kaze will be playing with their respective teams: Singapore’s B.O.O.T.-dream[S]cape and China’s ViCi Gaming.
