It’s two more months until 2020 is over. While the year has been challenging for many, it’s good to know that the spirit of esports is still being kept alive with online fights and friendly competitions aplenty, including the eSinga Cup for FIFA.

On a related note, we would like to wish Damwon congratulations for a well-fought win at League of Legends World Championship 2020.

Filipino Dota 2 players of all skills levels, there's a special league just for you! JBL has teamed up with esports platform meta.us to create a weekly Dota 2 league running for a grand total of 6 months all the way to January 2021.

Players can register weekly for their Open series to play in a 32-team single elimination competition happening every Thursday and Friday at 8pm (GMT +8).

This league features a ranking system which will promote teams that place high consistently in the Opens into Junior and later Senior series. Apart from Valorant, the games featured in this upcoming season include Mobile Legends.

Supercell and ESL will be teaming up to launch the Brawl Stars Singapore Community Rumble, where the country’s Brawl Star players will be competing for a total prize pool of S$14,000 over a period of 6 months. After 3 weekly cups per month where 8 top teams are determined, a monthly finals will be held. The top team will win up to S$1,000 from the prize pool.

AMD will be bringing its streamer-led gaming series online and feature popular online personalities from East Asia and Southeast Asia.

There will be two tournaments: the Triple Threat which will involve Japanese and South Korean streamers in a Valorant tournament, and Domination, where streamer teams and their fans form teams in round robin fights involving Valorant and Fall Guys.

In addition, Fnatic will be making an appearance and Dota 2 fans will be able to sign up to play with or against them.
