Westlife, that boy band sensation of the 2000s, is stopping in Singapore for a gig during their Twenty Tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary.

The UK heartthrobs will perform at the National Stadium on 10 August 2019, promoter Unusual announced on Thursday (21 March). Tickets are priced at $248, $218, $188, $148, and $108 and will be available for sale from 1 April, 10am onwards. Tickets can be purchased from the Sports HubTix hotline and website, the Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office and all SingPost outlets.

Westlife last held a concert in Singapore in 2011. The group now comprises four of the five founding members, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Shane Filan and Mark Feehily (Brian McFadden left the band in 2004 to pursue a solo career).

The pop stars announced their comeback to the music scene last October to great excitement. Get ready to sing along at their concert to all their hit songs such as Swear It Again, Flying Without Wings, You Raise Me Up and Unbreakable.

The Twenty Tour will kick off in Belfast on 25 May and Westlife will perform across the UK and Ireland before heading to Asia to cities such as Bangkok, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Macau, Jakarta and Singapore.

Westlife released their first new single in eight years, Hello My Love, on 10 January. The pop number was written and produced by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac. A new Westlife album will be released later this year.
