Wildfire Rages to 10,000 Acres in One Day North of Santa Clarita

A rapidly growing wildfire burning in forest north of Santa Clarita grew to 10,000 acres on August 12.

Over 500 firefighters from the Angeles National Forest and Los Angeles County Fire were working on containing the blaze, including firefighting aircraft.
