WOW Air Brings Back $99 Trips to Iceland
We know Iceland is at the top of your bucket listand if it isnt, it should be. Where else can you go snorkeling between two tectonic plates or hiking through never before seen ice caves?
Today, WOW Aira Rekjavk-based low-cost airlineannounced additional flights from the Icelandic capital to London, Paris, and Amsterdam beginning in the spring. Theyre even upping their service to Iceland from West Coast hubs in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
To celebrate, the offering steeply discounted flights to a handful of destinations, including $99 fares to Iceland from Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. This one-way fare is available on travel between January 15 and April 9, as well as April 23 and May 7 for flights originating on the East Coast, and from late January or early February to early April, and late April until the end of May for flights originating in California.
Travelers can also take advantage of $149 tickets to Paris, Amsterdam, and London from Boston, Washington, D.C., Miami, and New York City from Newark Liberty International Airport. All flights will make a one-hour stopover in Iceland before continuing onto their final European cities.
