Yahoo Poll: Does living in a mega-condo with 2,203 units appeal to you?
Singapore’s largest condominium development, Treasure at Tampines, will have 2,203 dwellings of between 463 and 1,722 square feet.
The 99-year leasehold project sits on 648,889 sq ft of land and is “targeted at families, upgraders and investors”. The marketing agent says the “mega project” offers lifestyle living at an attractive entry price (S$1,280 psf on average) with lower monthly maintenance fees.
