Yahoo Poll: Which new HDB BTO project do you find most interesting?

Singapore’s Housing and Development Board (HDB) launched 3,802 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats for sale on Tuesday (13 November) in its latest sales exercise.

The units in Sembawang, Sengkang and Yishun are said to be the first batch of BTO flats with a shorter waiting time. These are expected to be popular among buyers with more pressing housing needs.

According to property experts, Plantation Grove in Tengah and Tampines GreenGem will stand out from the rest. The Tengah flats in particular are expected to be well-received due to their location and accessibility, while the Tampines units are near to the Tampines West MRT Station.
