Yes that's right, the tea brand has created a tea that tastes just like jam on toast, so you can get your toasty, jammy fix any time of the day.

Speaking about the clever new product, inventor and Tea Innovation Manager at Yorkshire Tea, Kate Halloran said: "Toast & Jam is a lip-smacking smattering of toasty, jammy loveliness.

"Perfect for mornings, it is a strong breakfast blend with all of the loveliness of jam on toast without the crumbs! We wanted to create a tea that will send people into their day with a spring in their step and a smile in their soul.

"This new brew has been a long time in the making and I absolutely can’t wait for everyone to try it. We hope you love it as much as we do."

Although best served with a splash of milk, the Toast & Jam Brew can also be enjoyed solo.

The tea, which has been sourced and blended from natural ingredients and is 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified, is also gluten-free.

If you fancy trying out this interesting new brew, you won't have to wait long.

The Toast & Jam brew is launching exclusively in Asda on Thursday 24 September 2020.
