Zendaya Stuns in a Satin Bustier & Gray Suit Jacket Straight Off the Runway

From Harper's BAZAAR

While 2020 wasn't the best year for a plethora of reasons, Zendaya managed to keep us entertained from start to finish. From her Emmy-winning performance in Euphoria to becoming the new face of Valentino to continually upping her style game to making history as the youngest person to win the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama, fans are excited to see whatever Zendaya does in 2021.

Starting the new year in the most stylish way possible, Zendaya posed for two photos wearing a seriously chic couture look. The star of The Greatest Showman wore Alexandre Vauthier's gray wool suit jacket and pants, with a satin bustier bow top underneath. The entire look is taken from Alexandre Vauthier's Spring Summer 2020 Couture collection, and can't think of anyone who'd look better in the ensemble.

The same outfit was seen on the runway in January 2020, during Paris Fashion Week.

In November 2020, Zendaya was interviewed by her Dune costar, Timothée Chalamet, for ELLE magazine. Addressing the challenging events of 2020, the actress said, "It feels like a very hopeless time, specifically in this country. I know a lot of my peers feel enraged and exhausted and tired of living and growing up in a system that feels like it wasn't built for us." Zendaya continued, "At this moment in time, it is hard to find joy and beauty in things, and I really think that is important. Right now, we as Black people need to embrace joy and not let it be taken away from us."

"I experience moments of joy when I'm able to create art and be involved in projects that I connect to deeply, whether it be Euphoria or Malcolm & Marie, the movie I shot during quarantine with [Euphoria creator] Sam Levinson," she told the publication. "Another thing that gives me joy is seeing people's responses to my work. With Euphoria, it's been incredibly moving to see how people connected to what Sam has written. I've heard so many beautiful stories about addiction and recovery, and that brings me hope."
