It's that time of year again... Hollywood has migrated to the French Riviera for the Cannes Film Festival.
It's only the beginning but we've already seen some strong beauty looks on the red carpet. Mexican-Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong'o led the way, as usual, teaming her bold mint green pleated Gucci dress with a gorgeous disco purple lipstick for the festival's official opening ceremony. Another star opting for decadent hair accessories was Chinese actress Fan Bingbing, whose romantic braided floral headband caused a stir on the red carpet at the "Mad Max: Fury Road" premiere Thursday. She paired her liquid cat-eye liner and false lashes with an offbeat coral lip for a slightly retro 1970s aesthetic that prevented the look from becoming too sickly sweet.
British-Indian actress Katrina Kaif went matchy-matchy with her scarlet dress, belt and lipstick while attending the "Mad Max: Fury Road" premiere. The hue clashed beautifully with her violet-toned mane, with the contrast accentuated by dark nails and strong brows.
Meanwhile Charlize Theron exuded a summery, polished California vibe at the same premiere with glowing bronzed skin, offset by a pale pink shimmery lip and metallic eyeliner to accentuate her features.
