COE prices fall except in one category

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices for all but the motorcycle category fell in the bidding exercise Wednesday from the previous round two weeks ago.

Premiums for cars 1,600cc and below dropped $3,901 to $87,109. Prices for COEs of cars above 1,600cc fell $2,600 to $92,901.

In the open category, premiums declined $2,999 to $94,890, while in the commercial vehicle class, premiums went down by $2,062 to $54,899.

COE prices for motorbikes inched up by $1 to close at $1,782.
