Expo Milano’s Beijing Week to open May 30
Expo Milano 2015 welcomes its first Chinese city, Beijing, under the theme of ‘Beautiful Beijing Shining at the Expo.'
Starting May 30 and continuing until June 3, the week is slated to be packed full of traditional Chinese activities and artistic performances.
Amidst the festivities, the Beijing International Horticultural Exposition 2019, recognized by the International Association of Horticultural Producers, would launch a series of activities to share gardening techniques traditional to the region, according to a press release.
They will also emphasize the allure of Chinese ikebana art -- also known as flower arrangement -- which is well known to be outstandingly dramatic.
