A fourth person has died of injuries sustained after a nightclub collapsed in downtown Santiago, relatives of the victim said on Saturday. Ignacio Medina Rozas, 17, died from heart failure and failed to respond to efforts to resuscitate him, his father Alvaro Medina told journalists. The accident in the crowded night club occurred late Thursday during a concert by British punk band Doom. An initial investigation suggests that the building's partial collapse occurred because its maximum capacity was exceeded, according to police.
