They continued saying that they hope Joo Ji-hoon will be forgiven for his past mistakes through his acting. They added, "He is determined not to let everyone down since many people have given him this great opportunity."

Choi Young-hoon, the drama director explained the reason of his casting Joo Ji-hoon. He revealed, "Joo Ji-hoon's drama character has both good and evil in him and we thought Joo Ji-hoon's soft but tough-guy charms were perfect for this role."

Choi PD continued, "Since his role is a pianist, we needed someone with acting skills, as well as a basic knowledge and appreciation for music. Joo Ji-hoon plays piano, guitar and other instruments and is known to be a good singer so we are very excited."
