New luxury project heightens London's trendy vibe

Vibe, a new collection of luxury private apartments and penthouses in London, is having its Exclusive First Launch from 20 to 22 June 2014 at the St Regis.

Developed by Telford Homes, the project features one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses on the tenth floor. Prices start from around £395,000 (S$841,000) for a one bedroom unit.

Each apartment has its own private balcony and residents will have access to an exclusive rooftop garden, along with a gymnasium and a 24-hour concierge service.

Located in the trendy Borough of Hackney in the heart of Dalston and close to the city of London, Vibe was created to offer an exciting lifestyle as well as an investment opportunity.

Notably, Dalston recently earned the title 'the coolest place to live in Britain' from news sources. Nearby amenities include chic boutiques, restaurants and some of London's best underground clubs, and Dalston Junction Station is a two-minute walk away.

David Campbell, Group Sales and Marketing Director for Telford Homes said, "Dalston is undoubtedly the gateway to a fantastically exciting urban way of life. The whole area is buzzing with activity, energy and opportunity, and there has already been a considerable level of interest, particularly from investors looking for a serious return on investment and a strong rental yield. I am confident that the demand for high-specification homes in the city's coolest destination is only going to go in one direction."

The 101-apartment project is slated to see first completions from autumn 2016.
