2NE1's tour joined by MJ & Beyonce's concert experts

28 June – It seems that 2NE1's first ever world tour will kick off with a bang, when it was revealed that they will be assisted by some of the more famous names in concert-making.

As reported on Kpopstarz, on 25 June, YG Entertainment announced, "For 2NE1′s first world tour, Travis Payne, the choreographer for Michael Jackson's "THIS IS IT" concert as well as Divinity Roxx, Beyonce's tour band leader have been called to participate."

They revealed that Travis Payne, whose works include Michael and Janet Jackson's "Scream" music video as well as producing the choreography for Usher, Madonna, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez, will be the concert director for 2NE1′s shows. Meanwhile, Divinity Roxx, who was the musical director and bassist of Beyonce's world tour, will be joining the session band.

2NE1's world tour "New Evolution" will kick off at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul on 28 and 29 July, and will be held in ten different cities and seven countries.

Meanwhile, on 25 June, YG Entertainment's blog, YG Life, uploaded teaser photos of the girls with the phrase "2NE1 COMING SOON", which is the first teaser for the group's upcoming album to be released mid July.
