9-1-1: Lone Star star addresses exit in latest episode

9-1-1: Lone Star spoilers follow.

An original 9-1-1: Lone Star actor has addressed their recent exit and if we'll ever see their character back on our screens again.

As fans will know, Tuesday's (February 21) episode of the drama, titled 'Human Resources', saw Natacha Karam's Marjan wave bye-bye to the firehouse to go off to pasture's new — on Robe Lowe's character Captain Strand's motorbike nonetheless!

But is this really the end?

Well, you shouldn't worry too much, but all the same, it sounds like this won't be a case of leaving one week and coming back the next.

"It's not like Marjan is just going to come right back and start working at the firehouse again. That is not the arc of this season. She is gone. She's out of state. She is alone," Karam admitted to Entertainment Weekly.

She did, however, give us some hope of seeing Marjan again.

"She's off on her own adventures, which the audience will get to follow her on — but not right away," the actress shared.

Karam shared a similar story with TVLine about when we might see more of Marjan, admitting it will be a while until the character appears on our screens again.

"When you do finally see her, it'll be to go on the journey that she's on," Karam teased.

"The audience will get to follow her on Route 66, living her own life without the firehouse, doing her soul-searching. Things will arise on the road to keep her busy."

There's no doubt that season 4 of the FOX show has been a dramatic one so far. Another big storyline stemmed from the bombshell that Carlos was still married to his high school best friend, meaning he couldn't legally marry TK until he got divorced.

9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star both air on FOX and Hulu in the US and Sky Witness in the UK.
