Aaron Kwok wants to hold a charity luxury car exhibition

15 Dec – Aaron Kwok recently justified his buying a new luxury car worth over a million dollars by saying that it could be used for charity purposes.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke about his new purchase - the McLaren Senna hypercar at a charity event recently, shared that he has always been a fan of the model, and that there are only 500 of them in the world.

"It is not the most expensive car that I have in my collection. There are others that are more expensive," he said.

However, Aaron stressed that it would not be a wasteful extravagant purchase, as he is interested in holding charity exhibitions of his car collection in the future so that he could raise money and give back to society.

Asked if he will do it sometime next year, Aaron said that it will happen in due time, as some of the luxury models he ordered will not be manufactured until 2020.

Named after the late Brazilian Formula One race car driver Ayrton Senna, the McLaren Senna, released in 2017, is reportedly worth HKD 7.5 million.
