Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios are officially a couple!

The model joined Alex Cooper for a surprise appearance on a live recording of the Call Her Daddy podcast in Chicago, during which she confirmed she has a new boyfriend.

The social media influencer, 22, has been seen with the Miami Dolphins wide receiver since May. However, it was not until Sunday that Earle confirmed with Cooper, 29, that she and Berrios, 28, are an item.

“We’ve gotta ask the question and get to the tea, right here! Alix, do you have a boyfriend?” Cooper asked Earle.

The crowd then erupted in applause and eagerly shouted “Yes!” before Earle could answer. The influencer took a few seconds to reply.

“I mean… yes," Earl said as the crowd cheered again.

After the couple’s first public appearance in May, Berrios attended the recent University of Miami graduate’s graduation party that same month.

Throughout the summer, Earle would then post her “Get Ready With Me (GRWM)” TikToks before dates or weekends away, leading followers to ask whether or not she had a boyfriend. In June, she said she did not have a boyfriend and that the two were “not even 'dating.'”

In July, the pair made their red carpet debut at the 2023 ESPY Awards, where they walked hand-in-hand. Afterward, a source told PEOPLE at the time, “They were not exclusive or official."

The two began seeing each other after Berrios’ relationship with Sophia Culpo ended. In April, Berrios’ ex-girlfriend shared on Instagram Q&A session that the "betrayal" in her last relationship "took a toll" on her.

After Culpo's comments, the wide receiver explained in a June Instagram Story that their split came because "towards the end," things "weren't working out." He clarified, "It had nothing to with anybody else for that matter."

The next day, Culpo accused Berrios of cheating on her, in a now-deleted TikTok.

In September, Earle appeared on Call Her Daddy to set the record straight on her relationship after Cooper asked about cheating rumors linked to Culpo.

“People were calling you a mistress, some people were calling you a homewrecker, in regards to the NFL player you were hooking up with,” Cooper said. “Can you confirm: Were you hooking up with him when he was in a relationship?”

“It is so triggering to even hear you say that,” Earle replied before clarifying, “No. They were not together.” Earle added that she was “reading these comments” about her and Berrios and “bawling my eyes out to my friends.”

Earlier this month, Earle traveled to Germany to support Berrios and the Dolphins, who played the Kansas City Chiefs in Frankfurt. She shared several photos from the experience on Instagram, including one of the two smiling on the sidelines before kickoff.
