Amelia Henderson goes through with court case against A. Aida

3 Nov – Unlike her colleague Idris Khan, Amelia Henderson is choosing to go through with the court case against A.Aida, the latter who brought it forward in the first place.

The actress, who declined to resolve the matter out of court on the first day of hearing at the Session Court on 2 November, stated that she is confident that she is in the right when it comes to the lawsuit.

"I am confident. I think I did not do anything wrong, so no reason for me to be afraid. I am confident with my lawyer and my case," she said.

Amelia, however, admitted that this is the first time that she has ever faced a lawsuit.

When mentioned that Idris made the decision to settle the issue outside of court, the actress said that it all depends on the individual.

"I will support my friend, and he has the right to decide for himself," she said.

It was back in June that producer A. Aida express her intention of filing a lawsuit against Idris and Amelia, who withdrew from her project, "Sekali Lagi Cinta Kembali" in the last minute despite having allegedly signed a contract and accepting the fees deposit.
