Another Pinnacle@Duxton unit sold for $918,000

A second Pinnacle@Duxton unit has been sold on the resale market for $918,000, reported the media.

Located somewhere below the sixth floor, the 106 sq m flat was bought by a local couple in their 60s and their daughter, revealed a DWG agent, who managed the transaction.

Notably, the buyers were downgrading from a private property and bought the five-room flat from a local couple in their mid-40s.

The flat is on a very low floor, so the current owners were more realistic with the price, said the property agent.

They bought the flat for under $400,000,so they are quite happy with the selling price.

Recently, it has been reported a four-room flat located between the developments 34th and 36th floors was sold for $900,000.

The sales come after the five-year minimum occupation period for most home owners at the development ended on 16 December.

Completed in 2009, Pinnacle@Duxton has 1,848 units in seven connected towers of 50-storeys, making it the tallest public housing project in the world.
