Who Is Anthony Michael Hall's Wife? All About Lucia Oskerova

Anthony Michael Hall is loving life with his wife, Lucia Oskerova, by his side.

The Breakfast Club star and Oskerova got engaged in 2019, and they married in 2020. Three years later, the couple welcomed their first child together over the summer and also renewed their wedding vows that fall.

While the actor and entrepreneur have kept details of the beginning of their love story under wraps, they've been together for about a decade and expressed their excitement about embarking on new chapters of their lives together.

According to Hall, his wife "floated beautifully through her pregnancy" and is thriving as a mom to son Michael Anthony Hall II. (The actor was born Michael Anthony Hall but had to change it when he joined the Screen Actors Guild in 1976.)

"I couldn't be happier because I always knew, even when I was a young man, that I wanted to get started later," he told PEOPLE about having a family with Oskerova. "Here I am at 55, and I’m fully committed. I’m excited. My wife and I are really into parenting and diving in."

They’ve been linked since 2014

Hall and Oskerova haven't shared how they met or when their romance began, but they started making joint red carpet appearances as early as 2014.

Oskerova was alongside Hall at two Foxcatcher premieres: during the 52nd New York Film Festival in October 2014 and at an AFI Fest closing gala the following month.

Over the next few years, Hall and Oskerova walked arm-in-arm at several events, including at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, the 2016 Wishing Well Winter Gala, the 2017 premiere of War Machine and more.

She is a model and actress

Oskerova has been working as a model since she was 15 when she was spotted by a modeling scout, and was signed to walk in fashion shows for designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Dior, Chanel, among others, according to her website.

After attending the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada and earning a degree in interior design and architecture, she decided to pivot her focus to acting and moved to Hollywood.

Oskerova began her career in the entertainment industry with White Chicks in 2004, and she's continued landing roles over the last two decades, including in Smallville, 9-1-1 and Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood. She also appeared in the 2017 film War Machine with Hall.

They got engaged in Italy

Hall proposed to Oskerova on Sept. 4, 2019, while they were on a European trip.

“9.4.19 Taormina, Sicily❤️ ‘The Greatest thing you’ll ever learn, is just to love and be loved in return,’ ” the Edward Scissorhands star captioned a collage photo post on Instagram, which featured multiple snaps of the newly engaged couple and their families, plus a photo of Oskerova showing off her new ring.

“L❤️VE STORY,” he wrote alongside a second post that shared more festive pictures of them.

They married in 2020

Hall and Oskerova wed in a private ceremony on Nov. 7, 2020, on a beach in Miami.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic limited celebrations due to restrictions, the pair had to postpone their dream wedding plans until they had the opportunity to do a more elaborate event on Nov. 11, 2023.

In an essay posted on his Instagram, Hall shared that they had set their wedding date for Nov. 11, 2020, at the St. Mary’s Cathedral in Miami. But once the COVID-19 pandemic happened, they didn’t want to put off officially tying the knot, even if it meant adjusting their original wedding plans.

He wrote, "Being a man of my word, I had promised Lucia that we would stick to our original plans. We would still be married at St. Mary's Cathedral, sometime in the near future."

Joined by family and friends, the couple renewed their vows "in union with God, in the company of our 5month old son Michael (wearing a tux like his daddy)."

They share one child together

Hall and Oskerova welcomed their son, Michael Anthony Hall II, on June 1, 2023. He was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and weighed 9 lbs., 7 oz.

The Sixteen Candles star was born Michael Anthony Hall himself but had to change his name when he joined the SAG in the late 1970s and was excited to pass the name on to his child.

"I knew I did want to name him Michael and my wife also loved that name, even before she met me," he told PEOPLE. "We decided to go with the suffix so he's Michael Anthony Hall II because there are a lot of juniors in the world. There’s nothing wrong with that, but we figured we wanted to keep that full name."

Hall also shared how Oskerova tried to prepare for motherhood before their son arrived.

"My wife’s tiger mom instincts kicked in and she’s on top of everything," he explained. "She does great research and we read tons of books and are also just learning on the job, getting thrown into it. We just love it, it’s been amazing to really fully be in parent mode."

She’s a business owner

Oskerova is the owner of BrowLush, located in West Los Angeles, which opened in April 2024 and offers beauty services, including brow tints and laminations, lash lifts and extensions, as well as permanent makeup.

“From the moment I stepped into the fashion and beauty world at the age of 15, modeling took me across the globe, from the busy streets of the US to the historic alleys of Italy, and everywhere in between,” she shared on the business website. “This journey didn’t just broaden my horizons; it set the stage for my greatest act yet—opening my own beauty salon, BrowLush.”

Oskerova added that she was inspired by the professionals she worked with while modeling and hoped to provide customers with personal experiences.
