On Monday, the pop-punk princess announced dates for her first-ever greatest hits tour, set for 27 dates across North America with opening acts All Time Low, Simple Plan, Girlfriends and Royal & the Serpent appearing throughout the run.

"Tour dates for 2024 baby! I’ll be doing the Greatest Hits from all of my albums and along with some of your favorites, perhaps some special requests?" wrote the Canadian superstar, 39, alongside the announcement on social media. "And of course all of my friends are joining me!!!"

Simple Plan also posted to social media to express excitement for the tour, with the fellow Canadian act (which debuted in 2002, the same year as Lavigne) reflecting on its early days as a band.

"We’re so stoked to join @AvrilLavigne on her Greatest Hits tour across the US and Canada this summer," wrote the "Perfect" band. "This really is a full circle moment for us: more than 20 years ago, we did our first US arena tour with Avril and it was absolutely amazing. To have the chance to go on the road with her again is gonna be so rad and we can’t wait for the shows this summer!"
