It’s time for Britain’s best pastry chefs to whip up their finest dishes in an attempt to be crowned the nation’s best as Bake Off: The Professionals returns to Channel 4.

A spin-off from the channel’s charming hit cookery show The Great British Bake Off, this pro-edition leaves no room for mistakes, with teams forced to bring their A-game each and every week.

12 two-person teams will enter the kitchen in Firle Place but only one can emerge victorious. Hungry for more details? Here’s everything you need to know about Bake Off: The Professionals 2024.

2024’s edition of Bake Off: The Professionals started at 8pm on Monday 10 June with new episodes airing weekly in the same timeslot.

Those who miss the show live can find a re-heated version on the channel’s free-to-use streamer.

Throughout this series’ 10 episodes, they’ll be asked to showcase their patisserie prowess via a series of secret tasks and bespoke baking challenges.
