Chelsea face a daunting task against Barcelona as they look to overturn their Women’s Champions League semi-final deficit tonight.

Emma Hayes’ side travel to the Camp Nou trailing 1-0 in their quest to reach the final in Eindhoven on June 3 after Caroline Graham Hansen’s superb early strike settled the first leg at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

It could have been plenty worse for Chelsea, who initially rallied well after going behind in just the fourth minute of that game, yet were dominated after the interval as substitute Marta Torrejon hit the woodwork late on.

More than 65,000 fans will be in attendance for tonight’s last-eight decider, with dominant Barca a real force to be reckoned with at home after winning all 25 of their league matches so far this term.

Ballon d’Or holder Alexia Putellas is also expected to make her long-awaited return from injury on Thursday, only adding to the challenge that awaits Chelsea as they hope to seal a final date with either Arsenal of Wolfsburg.

TV channel: In the UK, tonight’s game will be broadcast live via sports streaming service DAZN, with kick-off in Catalonia at 5:45pm BST.
