‘The Bear’ Season 3 Will Debut Early (!) on Hulu

The time has finally come. This week, we’ll reunite with Carmy, Sydney, and the rest of The Bear’s crew. In case you missed it, FX has been dropping teasers for season 3 like Italian beef sandos at lunchtime—and the latest promises another delectably stressful adventure.

Last month, Jeremy Allen White (Carmy) posted a sneak peek at the upcoming season. The brief video shows Carmy walking back into his sleek new restaurant. It’s quite an upgrade from the Original Beef. Despite his glossy surroundings, Carmy looks, well, a bit uneasy. The man was just locked in a fridge, people! As he unrolls his chef’s knives, Carmy stares directly into the camera–uncertain of what’s to come.

Soon we’ll see what lies ahead for good ol’ Carmy. Actually, it’s sooner than you think—the season 3 debut has been bumped up from this Thursday. The new premiere date? Wednesday, June 26 at 9:00 p.m. ET on Hulu. At that time, all ten episodes of the new season will be available to stream.

Now, if you want to pace yourself, you could watch a couple episodes a night. But if you’d rather devour them all in one sitting, go right ahead. That’s what White did. After watching the full season, he gave a glowing review to The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert. “It’s so good,” he said. “Everybody is so good.”
