Bella Hadid Makes Cannes Arrival in Brown Corset-stitched Minidress and a Pop of Pink Prada for 2024 Film Festival
Bella Hadid arrived in Cannes for the 2024 Cannes Film Festival on Sunday. The model’s attendance at the annual film festival was highly anticipated, given the showstopping red carpet fashion moments she’s created at the event in the past.
Upon arriving to Cannes, Hadid was photographed wearing a mocha-colored minidress with thin straps and a hemline inches above Hadid’s knee. The frock featured stitching below the bustline and at the hips, with a defined torso. The minidress look was evocative of a flirty, summertime ensemble, ideal for the Riviera.

As for her accessories, Hadid paired her mocha minidress with pink suede Prada heels. She also wore a set of gold hoop earrings and carried a neutral beige-toned mini purse. Other pieces of jewelry Hadid fashioned included delicate rings and bracelets.

Hadid has been a fixture of the Cannes Film Festival red carpet for several years. The model has fashioned quite a few high-fashion looks, originating sartorial statements that left an indelible impact on the red carpet and the caliber of fashion showcased during the annual event.

Among some of the pieces she’s worn, Hadid fashioned a black, long-sleeved wool crepe dress with a low-cut neckline and a gilded brass necklace in the shape of trompe l’oeil lungs from Schiaparelli’s fall 2021 couture collection, which she wore for the Cannes Film Festival in July 2021. In 2022, Hadid opted for the vintage route, fashioning a black draped gown from Versace’s spring 1987 collection, designed by Gianni Versace himself.
The 77th annual Cannes Film Festival occurs from May 14 to 25. “Barbie” director Greta Gerwig serves as the jury president for this year’s festival, held in the South of France. Several high-profile premieres, including Francis Ford Coppola’s “Megalopolis” and “Furiosa” starring Anya Taylor-Joy, are expected to take place, while Meryl Streep will receive an honorary Palme d’Or.
