As we pass into the second half of 2024, Adidas Basketball’s year in the spotlight will continue with two key releases.

Adidas’ sneaker lineup for July is headlined by the first drop for Anthony Edwards’ Adidas AE 1 Low, as well as the launch of Donovan Mitchell’s D.O.N. Issue 6, which is also his first-ever low-top. James Harden’s Harden Vol. 8 will also return to stores in a new “After Hours” colorway, but it isn’t just hoops that’ll command your attention through the month.

The Paris Olympics inspires a trio of the Gazelle Indoor, and a Kobe Bryant-inspired slide/mule should do well with its modest $50 price tag.

Dime x Adidas Stan Smith

Dime’s Superstar takes slight deviations from the model’s staple white and green colorway through a debossed leather upper, patent leather mustache and a tongue badge featuring the botched “Ecce Homo” portrait that went viral more than a decade ago and has since become a cheeky signature for the Montreal-based skate brand.

Adidas Harden Vol. 8 “After Hours”

Following a brief period of dormancy, the hit Harden Vol. 8 is back with a new take on Adidas’ staple black and white color scheme.

Adidas Gazelle Indoor “Paris Olympics”

The Gazelle Indoor is getting a trio of pinstriped colorways commemorating the 2024 Summer Olympics with a multi-color torch appearing on the tongue.

Adidas Adifom IIInfinity Mule

Release Date: July 1
Price: $50
This Adifom foam slide/mule takes inspiration from the Crazy IIInfinity sneaker that launched last year and is itself inspired by the Crazy 1, Kobe Bryant’s signature shoe formerly known as the Kobe 1.

Adidas D.O.N. Issue 6

Release Date: July 5
Price: $120
Donovan Mitchell is joining Adidas Basketball’s high-profile resurgence with his sixth signature sneaker and his first-ever low-top.

Adidas AE 1 Low “MX Grey”

Release Date: July 20
Price: $110
After debuting on the feet of Anthony Edwards’ in the NBA Playoffs, the red-hot AE 1 gets its first low-top release with a colorway featuring a marble-like pattern to match another AE 1 launching the same day.

Adidas AE 1 “Charcoal”

Release Date: July 20
Price: $120
The AE 1 maintains its regular mid-cut with a darker marble print defining the second of two versions of the sneaker dropping on the same day.
