If you’ve made it this far, congratulations: you’ve managed to tear yourself away from the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce news cycle — and I hope you’re hungry, because we have plenty for you to devour about the exciting new restaurants, bars and bakeries opening across London this week.

Bruno

Worship at the altar of natural wine? Bow down, because one of London’s foremost experts, Michael Sager, is unveiling a cosy new bar and bottle shop within a converted stable in Victoria Park Village. Expect ethically sourced serves at only £15 corkage, as well as nibbles such as moreish filled pretzels, cheese and charcuterie.

Singapulah

A collaboration between Arôme co-founder Ellen Chew (who you may recognise from her other ventures Rasa Sayang, Mrs Chew's Chinese Kitchen and Shan Shui) and the Singapore tourist board, this ode to the country’s cuisine will not only serve firm favourites such as Laksa and Bak Chor Mee, but will also offer a range of Singaporean ingredients and food products to take away.

After being separated from her Marylebone restaurant for some time due to visa issues, London-based Mexican chef Adriana Cavita is ready to throw a never-ending party. Enter: a new subterranean bar where she’ll be serving margaritas, an impressive range of artisanal mezcal and Mexican street food such as tuna belly and avocado tostadas and an indulgent beef shin and fried cheese taco served with a side of beef consommé.

Mistress

This week we get another hyper-luxe Parisian-inspired eatery serving low, sultry lighting and delightfully gout-inducing French fare. This one turns into a members’ club at 11pm, so is a great place to take your… you know who.
